Service Guarantee
At Hilliard’s Pressure Washing, we take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services and ensuring our customers are satisfied with the results.
If you believe an area of the service was missed or requires additional attention, please contact us within 48 hours of service. We will return to address the concern at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of exterior cleaning services, refunds are not provided once services have been completed. However, we stand behind our work and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns regarding the service performed.
Pressure washing results may vary depending on the condition of surfaces, staining, oxidation, environmental factors, and the age of materials. While we strive for the best possible results, complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed.

By scheduling or receiving services from Hilliard’s Pressure Washing, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Service Agreement
Hilliard’s Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include house washing, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, mailboxes, and other exterior surfaces.
Property Access
Customers must ensure that all service areas are accessible on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstacles, and securing pets.
Surface Conditions
While we use safe and professional cleaning methods, some surfaces may have pre-existing damage or deterioration. Hilliard’s Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, loose siding, cracked surfaces, deteriorated materials, or improperly installed fixtures.
Landscaping and Surroundings
Reasonable precautions are taken to protect plants and landscaping; however, customers should notify us of any delicate plants, electrical components, or sensitive areas prior to service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept multiple forms of payment including electronic payments, cash, and checks.
